Italian Cookie Class: Viennois-Spritz
Coming soon!
These Italian cookies are simple, elegant, and classic. The Viennois-Spritz are called “sable” cookies due to their buttery, sandy texture. These cookies are made all over Italy and are a staple in many households and are a favorite for breakfast.
The Viennois-Spritz use eggs, butter, all-purpose flour, and cocoa powder. They can be decorated with sprinkles, a piece of sliced almond, or left plain. Either way, these cookies are so delicious and easy to make.
This class is one hour and done! The Viennois-Spritz cookie has its own special method, so you will learn some general baking tips that can be applied to other recipes. These cookies can be frozen for up to one month, so they can be made in advance for the holiday season or summer parties
For the chocolate Viennois-Spritz, you will need a pastry bag and a star tip to make the signature shape. Order the Star Tip that is 1.2″ across and 2.9″ in height. Most of these kits come with pastry bags.

After you submit your payment, I will send you an email with the recipe, ingredients and equipment list, and the Zoom link. Can’t wait!!
